🇪🇸 PARTICIPA EN LA ZONA DE CREADORES

1. Este espacio está enfocado a individuos, ya sea cosplayers, autores, creadores de contenido, idols, youtubers, streamers… No se permitirá que representantes, empresas o asociaciones participen. 
2. La edad mínima para participar es de 18 años.
3. El formulario se abrirá el próximo viernes 5 de julio a las 15:00. 
4. Las inscripciones serán online en el formulario que encontraréis al final de la página y se cerrarán al llenarse las plazas. 
5. El espacio podrá ser ocupado para la venta de merchandising, meet and greet, firmas… Pero el espacio no sustituirá un stand de artista, es decir, se seguirá un sistema de turnos para que todos los interesados que cumplan los requisitos puedan acceder al espacio. 
6. Si se desea vender merchandising (prints, llaveros…) deberá estar hecho por la persona interesada en el espacio, y no por terceros. Las normas a seguir serán las de la zona de artistas.
7. De cara a las prints de cosplay, tanto el cosplayer como el fotógrafo deberán contar con el permiso escrito de todos los implicados para venderlas. Si se descubriese que no se tiene permiso el stand será cerrado y se tendrá en cuenta de cara a futuras peticiones. Japan Weekend no se hace responsable de posibles incidentes. Únicamente se puede vender material de cosplay del propio cosplayer o fotógrafo, si hay fotografías grupales o en pareja pueden venderse siempre que los otros participantes den su consentimiento o estén presentes en el stand como cosplayer acreditado. Esto incluye: prints, photobooks y merchandising (camisetas, tazas y/o llaveros). No se podrá vender material en el cual no aparezca ningún cosplay.
8. En caso de ser un autor autopublicado o publicado por editorial, se tendrá que encargar el propio autor de la gestión del producto con los proveedores y de su venta. No se permite la participación de terceros. 
9. No se prohíbe el material pornográfico, pero únicamente podrá estar dentro de una carpeta en la que ponga claramente +18. El representante será el responsable de pedirle el DNI al asistente que desee abrir esa carpeta. No se permitirá que se venda nada de dicha carpeta a menores de edad.
10. Se permite un máximo de dos personas por mesa donde ambas partes tendrían que cumplir con los requisitos de aceptación. En caso de disponer de más espacio, se hará saber por si se quiere aprovechar el espacio.
11. Los stands incluyen un pase para el día seleccionado por persona. Dicho pase se recogerá en acreditados el día en el que se vaya a poner stand. La organización no se hará responsable si los participantes ya tenían entrada.
12. Los stands seguirán un sistema por turnos. El interesado debe presentarse en su stand 5 minutos antes de su turno y prepararse para salir 5 minutos antes del siguiente turno.
13. Los turnos son de 2 horas. Los turnos tanto para sábado como para domingo serán: 10:00 – 12:00, 12:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – cierre. El sábado el evento abre a las 10:00  y cierra a las 21:00, el domingo el evento abre a las 10:00 y cierra a las 20:00. Dependiendo del número de participación los turnos podrán ampliarse a 2,5 o 3 horas. 
14. Se hará una criba preliminar para asegurarse de que el interesado cuenta con el público suficiente para tener stand en la Zona de Creadores. Los stands son una oportunidad para conocer a tus seguidores y que puedan adquirir tu material, no un acceso al evento con un pase. 
15. El contenido debe estar directamente relacionado con el evento. 
16. El mínimo de seguidores para pedir stand es de:*
    • 1.500 en Instagram
    • 3.000 en Twitter
    • 20.000 en TikTok
    • 1.000 en Twitch
    • 10.000 en YouTube
      * Se debe cumplir al menos en una de las redes sociales, no se trata de un total. 
17. El retraso de los siguientes interesados no implica que los anteriores deban permanecer en el stand, deberá vaciarse 5 minutos antes del final del turno. Se aplicará una penalización en caso de retraso o desperfectos en el stand y se prohibirá el acceso a futuras actividades de darse el caso. 
18. Se puede solicitar un turno para cada día pero no dos turnos en el mismo día. Si quedasen huecos libres avisaríamos por correo. 
19. Si se sube a algún concurso recomendamos compartir stand con otro cosplayer o fotógrafo que venda prints para que se cuide el puesto durante la revisión o participación. El stand no puede quedarse vacío en ningún momento pero puede ser cubierto por el compañero cosplayer o fotógrafo acreditado para el stand durante un máximo de una hora. Es responsabilidad del cosplayer conseguir un turno que no se solape con otra responsabilidad o concurso. Si un cosplayer que participa en un concurso se apunta de los últimos, y los primeros en apuntarse han seleccionado el turno que le conviene, es responsabilidad del cosplayer que ha llegado tarde adaptarse al turno que le toque o denegar la plaza. Por esto mismo recomendamos compartir stand.
20. La mesa cuenta con un mantel negro proporcionado por la organización.
21. Nadie ajeno al stand y que no se encuentre acreditado por el mismo podrá estar dentro. Es responsabilidad de los interesados que las personas se queden al otro lado del stand. Se penalizará si personas ajenas al stand han entrado en el mismo sin autorización de la organización, aunque el responsable esté solo y necesite ayuda.
22. Las bases podrán sufrir cualquier modificación de aquí al día del evento según las necesidades de la organización.

🇪🇺 JOIN THE CREATORS AREA

1. This space is focused on individuals, cosplayers, authors, content creators, idols, youtubers, streamers… No agents, companies or associations will be allowed to participate. 
2. The minimum age to participate is 18 years old.
3. The form will open next Friday, July 5th at 15:00. 
4. Registrations will be online in the form that you can find at the bottom of the page. It will be closed when the places are filled. 
5. The space can be used to sell merchandising, for meet and greet, signings… But the space will not replace an artist’s booth. A system of shifts will be followed so those interested who meet the requirements can access the space. 
6. If you want to sell merchandising (prints, keychans…) it must be originally created by the person interested in the booth, and not by third parties. The rules to be followed will be the same as the Artist Zone. 
7. For cosplay prints, both the cosplayer and the photographer must have written permission from everyone involved to sell photos. If permission is not found, the booth will be closed and will be taken into consideration for future requests. Japan Weekend is not responsible for possible incidents. Only merchandising of the cosplayer or photographer can be sold, if there are group or couple pictures they can be sold as long as the other participants give their consent or are present at the booth as an accredited cosplayer. This includes: prints, photobooks and merchandising (t-shirts, mugs and/or keychans). It will not be allowed to sell merch in which no cosplayer appears.
8. In case you are a self-published author or published by a publishing house, you will be responsible for the management of the product with the suppliers and its sale.
9. Pornographic material is not forbidden, but it must be inside a folder where it is clearly marked as +18. The creator will be responsible for asking for the ID of the client who wishes to open that folder. It will not be allowed to sell anything from that folder to minors.
10. A maximum of two people per table are allowed where both parties would have to comply with the acceptance requirements. If more space is available, we will let you know in case you would like to take advantage of the space.
11. The booths include a pass for the selected day per person. This apass will be picked up at the entrance counter the day the booth will be set up. The organization will not be responsible if the participants already have a ticket.
12. The booths will follow a rotatory system. The participant must be at his booth 5 minutes before his turn and be ready to leave 5 minutes before the next turn.
13. The shifts are 2 hours each. The shifts for both Saturday and Sunday will be: 10:00 – 12:00, 12:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – closing. On Saturday the convention opens at 10:00 and closes at 21:00, on Sunday the event opens at 10:00 and closes at 20:00. Depending on the number of participants, shifts may be extended to 2.5 or 3 hours. 
14. A preliminary filter will be made to ensure that the interested party has enough audience to have a booth in the Creators Area. Booths are an opportunity to meet your followers so they can purchase your material, not just a free pass to the event. 
15. The content must be directly related to the event. 
16. The minimum number of followers to request a booth is:*
    • 1,500 on Instagram
    • 3,000 on Twitter
    • 20,000 on TikTok
    • 1,000 on Twitch
    • 10,000 on YouTube

    * Must be fulfilled in at least one of the social networks, it is not a total.

17. The delay of the following interested parties does not imply that the previous ones must remain in the booth, it must be emptied 5 minutes before the end of the shift. A penalty will be applied in case of delay or damage to the booth and access to future activities will be forbidden.
18. You can request a shift for each day but not two shifts on the same day. If there are vacancies we will notify by mail.
19. If you are entering a contest we recommend sharing a booth with another cosplayer or photographer selling prints so that the booth is taken care of during the review or participation. The booth cannot be left empty at any time but can be covered by the fellow cosplayer or photographer accredited for the booth for a maximum of one hour. It is the cosplayer’s responsibility to get a shift that does not overlap with another responsibility or contest. If a cosplayer who participates in a contest signs up last, and the first to sign up have selected the shift that suits him, it is the responsibility of the cosplayer who has arrived late to adapt to his shift or deny the place. For this reason we recommend sharing a booth.
20. The tables have a black tablecloth provided by the organization.
21. No one outside the booth and who is not accredited by the same may be inside. It is the responsibility of those interested that people stay on the other side of the booth. It will be penalized if people from outside the booth have entered it without authorization from the organization, even if the cosplayer is alone and needs help.
22. The rules may be subject to modification according to the needs of the organization.
