Aqours

At Japan Weekend, you will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive products and, if you’re lucky, meet the members of Aqours in person. Here’s how it works:

Official Aqours Merchandise

We offer you official Aqours merchandise, imported directly from Japan. It will be available for sale starting early Saturday in the Japan Weekend / Odaiba Ediciones booth, and it may sell out before Sunday. Once it’s gone, there will be no more available! Please note that purchasing a CD or Blu-ray does not include the opportunity to meet Aqours; it is simply the purchase of the original merchandise. The list of items and prices is as follows:

Exclusive Postcard Pack + Ticket to Meet Aqours

If you’re looking for an opportunity to meet Aqours personally, the package of three limited and exclusive postcards is your only option. For €15, you’ll receive a pack with three postcards, each dedicated to a character; Ruby Kurosawa, Yoshiko Tsushima, and Riko Sakurauchi. By purchasing this pack, you will have the chance to meet Aqours in person, as the postcard exchange will take place directly with them at the scheduled time. You can also say a few words to them and, if you wish, give them a gift.

Important Details:
– Only 100 postcard packs will be sold per day. Each person can purchase one pack.
– The autograph on the postcards is from the character, not the voice actress, and is factory printed.
– The members of Aqours will not sign additional autographs.

Sales System

CDs and Blu-rays will be sold at the event at the official Japan Weekend / Odaiba Ediciones booth. Card payments are accepted, but due to potential connectivity issues with the foreign card reader, there may be times when only cash is accepted. We recommend bringing cash in euros.

Exclusive Postcard Packs (and the ticket to meet them) will be sold online. We want to avoid unnecessary rushes and ensure that those attending the event know they have this activity secured. Tickets will be granted in order of registration.

– Japan Weekend will open a Google form on Thursday, August 22 at 14:00 (Spanish time) on the Twitter account @Japan_Weekend.
– The form will ask for the following information: Email, full name (trans people can omit the deadname), DNI number or similar (NIE, ID from another country, passport…), preferred day to meet Aqours (Saturday, Sunday, or Indifferent; we recommend selecting indifferent for more chances), ticket number or reason for the pass (press pass, jury, artist booth…), a basic and very easy question about Love Live to ensure the registration is not fraudulent, and a checkbox to agree to the privacy agreement.
– Each registration must include a valid method of access to the event. We do not limit registrations to people with tickets, but if you indicate that you have a booth, we will check that it is true, so make sure you appear in the Japan Weekend database as an artist or stand companion or similar (regardless of the pass). If the ticket was purchased by a family member and is not in your name, indicate it after the ticket number (Example: 111921293 ticket in the name of Ana Gómez López).
– One registration per person. A copy of the responses will be sent to the registration email. If there is more than one registration, the last one recorded will be taken. If any data is missing or incorrect, the registration will be canceled.
UPDATE: 80% of registrations will be in order of registration, and the remaining 20% by lottery among those who have not managed to arrive on time. The number has been increased to 200 per day.

Once we have verified the information of the first registrants, we will generate codes so you can purchase the postcards + ticket through our website. After completing the payment and confirming the purchase, a unique and personal QR will be sent by email. At the event, this must be shown at the Odaiba Ediciones booth (same pavilion as the signatures and the stage) to exchange it for the real ticket to access the signings.

One or two CAPTCHA may appear before submitting the form; this is random and depends on Google’s system, not Japan Weekend.

Gifts

If you wish to give a gift to Aqours, it must be approved by Aqours staff at the time of delivery. Only those who purchase the postcard pack and obtain a ticket will be able to personally deliver the gift. However, all gifts from those without a ticket will be collected at the Japan Weekend / Odaiba Ediciones booth during the weekend, before Sunday at 1:00 PM, after which no more gifts will be accepted. Counterfeit material, obscene items, unpackaged food, or oversized objects cannot be gifted.

The gifts that are being organized officially in communication with Japan Weekend can be given at another time and will not be subject to this restriction.
